I offer service, repair and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps and their associated systems.
Servicing of a heat pump and the associated system includes the general maintenance of the appliance as stipulated by the manufacturer; plus essential other duties like water sampling and dosing of chemicals plus re-application of anti-UV coatings on insulated pipework.
IMPORTANT
I do not offer compressor or refrigerant circuit services at this time. In the event that your issue is a refrigerant based fault, I will refer you to the manufacturer for support.
Heat pump servicing is available for the following brands:

- Ideal
- LG
- Midia
- Mitsubishi Ecodan
- Vaillant
- Viessmann
- Worcester Bosch
At this time, all heat pump maintenance is subject to survey and acceptance.
If your heat pump is poorly fitted or does not meet basic minimum standards, I reserve the right to not work on it until issues have been corrected. Please be aware that I do not offer service or maintenance on Aira, Cosy, Daikin or Samsung units at this time.
